What Does My Assessment Entail?
Your assessment is the starting point. You will meet with your Practitioner and discuss your issues, concerns, and your goals. Your Practitioner will perform a thorough clinical history and physical examination to determine the most effective Treatment Plan.
Who Should I See for My Assessment?
- First of all, let’s determine what Type of Practitioner(s) you should see. In other words, what field of practice should I start with?
- If you have been referred to us by another Health Care Professional for a specific service, you can book in directly with a practitioner who performs that service. For example, if you are referred for “Physiotherapy”, then you can book in directly with a Physiotherapist of your choice.
- If you know what kind of service you would like, you can book directly with any Practitioner that practices in that area.
- If you know who you’d like to see…. Book in with them now!
- If you are unsure, give us a call. We can help you make the right decision on who to see!
